We help students, from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade, develop a strong sense of identity rooted in character and conviction in what really matters—a sense of vision for their lives, including how they are going to make their mark. All our schools are accredited by Cognia, the largest education improvement organization in the world.

To cause breakthrough, we coach. Our accredited coaches walk alongside individuals in the field of education, facilitating breakthroughs in both performance and wellbeing.

To grow servant leaders, we train. Through classes and courses, we help form effective servant leaders. People who go on to grow strong teams, achieve greater success, and become best equipped to make a difference in situations that excite or concern them most.

Your next steps

In order to ensure that Chinese citizens are hired within the framework of Chinese employment laws, any applicant holding a Chinese ID/passport applying to our schools in China will need to go through a separate hiring channel. Please confirm that:

• I affirm that I hold a Chinese ID/passport and I am applying to a position in China.

Due to the requirements of the Chinese education administration, all the educators must have a degree and/or hold a credential through a city, state/province, country or university. Our schools may require two years of teaching experience, depending on their location and the policies of their local education bureau.
